Selling a home is emotional and difficult - at least for our family! Melinda worked with us every step of the way during this process - from getting our home ready to go on the market to the final closing. We were a bit cluttered and Melinda was so kind with her "decluttering" suggestions and recommendations to get the house ready. It looked great and had an offer within a week. Melinda was there for our family every step of the way. She always made us feel like we were her only clients and she never seemed bothered by us. She answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are very much admired, respected and appreciated. Let me tell you about Melinda, but first I must explain what a complicated buyer I was, I was/am very, very picky and the bottom line for me was I needed to trust a realtor to work with them on such an important process. I think Melinda found and showed us 20-30-40 houses She was more picky than I was.
